Thank you for shopping small at BASH Beanies! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange within one week of purchase. Please see more details on our policy below.

We take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 7 day return policy after receipt of the item(s).

If you have any problems with the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department via e-mail: bashbeanies@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your order. We will do our best to service your request.

Exchange Process:

  1. If you'd like to exchange your item(s), please send an email to bashbeanies@gmail.com, describing the issue or the reason for exchange, along with a photo attachment of your receipt. We will reply to you within 2 business days.

  2. The product you want to exchange must be in brand new, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny the exchange request in the event that the item looks used or damaged.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any other shipping charges incurred with the new item purchased.

  4. No exchanges on final sale items. Thank you for your understanding. We deeply appreciate your cooperation.
